GooglePlex: Nuclear Proof Web Apps

Much balleyhoo has been made about Goggle buying 30 acres in the Dalles. It's about the access to water some speculate. Others believe the move was made to link into the miles of fiber optic cable available in the area due to the Bonneville Power Administration nearby. But the survivalists in the area know this: that the prevailing winds in the jet stream position the area well in case of nuclear strikes in major cities on the west coast. If Seattle, Portland or San Francisco evaporate, Google will not be vulnerable to radiation.
